I didn’t have much complexity in my accounting needs, but the times I did get into a glitch, Wes and his team were more than willing to jump on (literally, set up a screen share between him and me), identified the problem, helped me understand what QuickBooks was doing and why, and help resolve issues. When I set up a business entity last year, I hired Cloud5 Accounting to do my bookkeeping on a monthly basis. It was one of the best decisions I could have made as a small business owner, and it is well, well worth the monthly subscription cost I pay them with the amount of time and headache I save. Whenever I need a P&L, I just ask, and within a day, it’s in my inbox. And I can get it for any time period requested/needed. I now have my CPA working on my business return for 2020, and being ready for that was as easy as sending over the P&L that I already had prepared by Cloud5 Accounting!
So I would strongly encourage you to consider hiring a like service if you haven’t yet. Your sanity depends on it.
