I didn’t have much complexity in my accounting needs, but the times I did get into a glitch, Wes and his team were more than willing to jump on (literally, set up a screen share between him and me), identified the problem, helped me understand what QuickBooks was doing and why, and help resolve issues. It was one of the best decisions I could have made as a small business owner, and it is well, well worth the monthly subscription cost I pay them with the amount of time and headache I save. Whenever I need a P&L, I just ask, and within a day, it’s in my inbox. And I can get it for any time period requested/needed.
